Doubling up is at the competitor’s risk and is ONLY permitted in any TWO events at the discretion of the Committee. Such entries will only be accepted if they can be fitted in the programme, on the clear understanding that programme timing must be adhered to.

Substitutions can be made online via OARA without limit before the draw closes, and in line with the ARA Rules of Racing after the draw closes.

Entries are now being accepted via the ARA's OARA system; several entries have been received already.

TREBLING-UP IS NOT PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT

THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY EVENT UNLESS AT LEAST FOUR ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED. CREWS WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEAREST AVAILABLE STATUS IF THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT ENTRIES IN YOUR CHOSEN EVENT; PLEASE INDICATE CLEARLY IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR ENTRY TO BE ‘ROUNDED UP’ IN THIS WAY.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE ARA RACING LICENCES FOR THE WHOLE CREW
