Menu for the Annual Dinner

Annual Dinner Saturday 22nd November 2014

7.45pm for 8pm until midnight.

Please arrive in time to order your wine at the hotel

 

Pre-dinner drink of sparkling wine or orange juice in the BRC bar from 6.45pm

 

MENU

 

STARTERS:

Onion, thyme & Parmesan brulee with crudités (V)

Cornfed chicken liver parfait, house chutney & sour dough

Peppered mackerel crostini, tomato, red onion & coriander salsa

 

MAIN COURSES:

Shallot Tarte Tatin with glazed goats cheese (V)

Feather blade of beef with forestiere garnish (mushrooms)

Salmon & fennel en croute, champagne & chive sauce

 

DESSERTS:

    Warm Austrian chocolate cake, whiskey cream

Coconut panacotta, caramelised mango & lemongrass syrup

 

Coffee & mints

Dinner will be followed by speeches, prize giving and a disco until midnight.

 

Tickets: £35 (£26 for juniors)

 

During dinner tickets will be on sale for the Raffle whilst bids will be taken for the Silent Auction all evening.  We are now collecting donations of prizes for both of these. Please be generous as all proceeds go to the rowing club.

 

Please see a member of the bar staff to book your place and make your menu choices. You will be required to pay in full when you book.
